RENT ALONE PER MONTH : 12000 PESOS PER MONTH if staying 1 year.
ASSOCIATION FEES per month : 1800 PESOS PER MONTH
Water fee per month: 600 pesos if only 1 tenant staying, but add 100 pesos for each extra tenant .
This place is suitable for either 1 or 2 or 3 tenants staying.
Total cost of stay per month: ( Rent +Association fees +Water fees ) per month.
Electricity cost is charged separately + based on electric meter reading,
which u yourself will read each month ,
from meter .
Security Deposit needed to be paid BEFORE move in date to confirm stay: 18000 pesos (refundable on move out date ).
On move in date,
or before that date ,
u need to pay advanced 1 month cost of stay to cover for the cost,
for the final last month of stay .
Electricity deposit: 4000 pesos to be paid on move in date,
or before that day,
and this will be refunded back to u on move out date.
On move in date ,
u need to pay the 1 month cost of stay for 1st month of stay .
