PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE COMING DOWN TO VIEW THE APARTMENT

Potential tenants are welcomed to fix up an appointment date and time to meet up my Manila staff Mary Grace or Vergil to view the apartments or to pay the refundable security deposit but

Because all the condo apartments have very low rent which is possible only because most potential tenants just view the apartment photos online and then make an online booking and payment of partial security deposit online so allowing huge time savings,which in turn allow me to pass on most of the cost savings to the tenants in the form of extremely low rent.

So meeting up which is very very time consuming is still welcomed but we do charge a fee to prevent the extra costs involved in meeting up from being passed on to guests that do not need a meeting up.

The meeting up fee is 1000 pesos per apartment viewed or per payment of refundable security deposit to cover the transport cost +time cost+ 1 day time off from my staff 's other work ,to cover loss of income due to taking the day off from his/her other work.

If you stay at least 30 days ,that viewing fee of 1000 pesos is completely 100% refundable but only for the apartment you stayed at and only refundable back to you at the end of your stay .

Viewing fee must be paid to my staff just before going up to view the apartment when you meet up ,
irregardless of whether you finally decide to stay or not.

If during meeting up with my apartment manager,you decide to confirm the booking,then you need to pay the partial security deposit and BRING ALONG YOUR PASSPORT FOR FOREIGNERS ,OR IF YOU ARE A PHILIPINO THEN EITHER ID OR PASSPORT WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE TOO and please allow my staff to make a copy of your passport or ID so that we can do the paper work to authorize you as the new resident.

Take note that we can't just walk into the condo apartments when there are tenants staying there on the day when you want to view the apartment .When you are eventually our tenants staying in my apartment ,I believe you would also not like it, if everyday,morning ,afternoon and night, I bring in potential tenants to see the condo apartment which may disrupt and interfere with your stay.

So we can go into the condo apartment only either if
there are no tenants staying there at that apartment,
or
if the tenants staying there do not mind you coming to view the apartment,
and
only if the tenants staying there is free and available to be there in the apartment
on the day when you want to come to view the apartment,
since obviously we can't go into the apartment when current tenants are out of the apartment.

To check dates where there are no tenants staying at any condo apartment just click button on the right.
Then click the calendar for the apartment that you want, to see on which dates there are no tenants inside.

If you want to view the apartment,you are welcomed to call up either of my STAFFS directly by clicking the button on the right:
to fix up an appointment date and time to meet up.
You need to call them up to discuss the date and time to meet up,
since only they themselves knows what date and what time they are available
to meet you up.

Please do pay my staff that 1000 pesos cash fee for each apartment viewed when you meet up .

Online pre booking is so much more smooth and hassle free and extremely time saving but meeting up is still fine and no problem at all if you like it, bearing in mind the very important above points.
