For 51 to 59 nights:US$20.20 per night

For 41 to 50 nights:US$20.60 per night

For  31 to 40 nights stay :US$21.10 per night

 

For 11 to 13 nights  stay:US$28 per night

For 21 to 23 nights stay:US$23.50 per night

For 27 to 30nights stay:US$21.80 per night

BECAUSE THE APARTMENT CONTAINS LOTS OF EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT LIKE COMPUTERS,DVD PLAYERS,OVENS,SCANNERS,TVS AND MORE,THIS  SECURITY DEPOSIT   IN CASH OR CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL IS ESSENTIAL,BUT THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE FULLY RETURNED OR REFUNDED ON CHECKING OUT IF NOTHING IS DAMAGED OR MISSING.SO IF A DRINKING GLASS OF SAY US$1 IS BROKEN THEN WE JUST CHARGE US$1 AND THE BALANCE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT  WILL BE RETURNED .

Walk in tenants ie tenants who never make advanced security deposit  payments but simply try to check in  will most likely find that the apartment is  already reserved .So we strongly suggest to book,make the security deposit payment and confirm before coming down

Besides the rent,you need to pay for the utilities ,water,high speed internet broadband,association fees for 24 hour security,use of swimming pool,85 channel cable tv,electicity for use of cooking appliances ,aircon usage,lights,electric appliances,cookers and ovens etc.These all cost on average US$8 per night so you need to add US$8 to the rent to get the total cost per night.

For 14 to 16 nights stay: US$26.10 per night

For  9 nights stay:US$34 per night

24 to 26 nights stay: US$22.60 per night

For 17 to 20 nights stay:US$24.60 per night

For  10 nights stay:US$30.70 per night

For 8 nights stay: US$38 per night

FOR STAYS OF 21 TO 59 NIGHTS,TO MAKE A CONFIRMATION OF STAY AND TO RESERVE THE DATES JUST MAKE A PAYMENT OF US$300 AS ADVANCED PARTIAL  SECURITY DEPOSIT(REFUNDABLE ON CHECK OUT DATE).ON DATE OF CHECK IN AT THE APARTMENT,PAY ANOTHER US$100 SECURITY DEPOSIT

 

Usually the  security deposit is fully refundable upon check out ,but the security deposit becomes non refundable if cancelations or changes or shortening of the stay are made 30 nights or less before check in date or if the guest refuses to pay the rent or utilities or wants to pay a lower amount than agreed on check in date or if the guest does not turn up or does not check in on check in date for whatever reasons.Cancellations or changes made more then 30 nights before check in will result in a charge of 15% of the total cost.

For stays of 8 to 20 nights,please pay US$200 as partial advanced security deposit to reserve and confirm plus another US$200 on check in date at the apartment.The total security deposit of US$400 will be refunded on check out date
