RENT PER MONTH: 16000 PESOS PER MONTH
ASSOCIATION FEES (OR ESTATE MANAGEMENT FEES ): 2500 PESOS PER MONTH
WATER COST: 600 PESOS PER MONTH IF ONLY 1 tenant.
U need to add 100 pesos per month for every additional tenant .
ELECTRICITY WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY AND BASED ON ELECTRICITY ENERGY METER reading WHICH U will READ WHEN YOU CHECK IN TO THE APARTMENT AND U need to read THE METER READING EVERY 1 MONTH AND THE COST OF ELECTRICITY IS TO BE PAID EVERY 1 MONTH .
