In case booking confirmation and payment of security deposit (refundable) is delayed until less than 24 hours before check in time or delayed until the very day of the check in date then there will be an extra super last minute rush booking surcharge of 4000 pesos.
Cost of transport using either One van or one car
from manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport
or any part of manila
to apartment : 1500 pesos .
If you need more than 1 car/van, it is a must to tell us early,
preferably not later than 3 days before check in date ,
but another 1500 pesos will be charged for second extra car/van.
IN case if you do not want to take the transport provided ,
but prefer to meet directly at the apartment ,
it is a must to let us know early,
preferably not later than 3 days before check in date,
and the transport cost of 1500 pesos will then be removed .
